How long do the balloons last?
- Flower balloons are made with artificial flowers and can last more than 3 months, depending on the environment they are kept in. Please refer to the next question for more details on how to prolong your balloons life.
- Avoid sudden impacts on the balloons.
- Keep sharp objects away from the balloons.
- Avoid direct sunlight or places with rapid temperature changes as it may shrink or expand the balloon.
What is the battery life and how do I replace the battery?
- Battery life is approximately 48 hours. To replace the battery, simply open the lid and replace it with 2 new CR batteries.
- The LED lights are designed for short-term use due to limited battery life; it's recommended to turn them off when not in use.
Do you have a shop I can visit to look at your products in person?
- Unfortunately, our business is based in our home. You can visit the following stores to see samples of our work on display.

Is tracking available for my order after it’s shipped?
- Sure! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through Australia Post’s online tracking service. Additionally, if you provide your mobile number, Australia Post offers a service where they will send you a text message when your package gets close to you.
I've got a gift voucher. How do I use it?
- In the shopping cart you'll see a section for you to enter in your gift voucher. Simply enter in the code and press submit. You'll see your gift voucher get deducted from the total owing. If you don't owe any extra payment then you can simply submit your order without the need for any additional payment.
What is your refund policy?
- Every balloon product is completely custom-made and tailored to your preferences. Therefore, they cannot be refunded or exchanged once the order has been confirmed and processed. We kindly ask you to make your purchase carefully.
- If you change your mind after the order has been placed, we may cancel/refund your order if it has not already been confirmed.
- We are not liable for any negligence that results in deflation/damage caused by Australia Post during the transit. Please visit the Australia Post website for further information.
- We are not liable for any damage once the balloons have been handed over to you. Please refer to our Care Guide to ensure long lasting enjoyment.
